Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the product design and development process, responsible for the overall design and development of hardware solutions, and participating in the full cycle process of product initial design, upgrade iteration, etc.
2. Responsible for the 3D/2D structural design and process design of the mechanical body of the entire machine, completing the output of relevant documents such as BOM, purchase order, and design report, and responsible for or assisting in the selection of key components.
3. Participate in the installation and debugging process of hardware products, handle design, installation, and operation issues encountered during product development, and be responsible for product design improvement.
4. Responsible for developing component suppliers, able to find market solutions based on product requirements, and design testing and screening plans.
5. Responsible for designing product manufacturing process related documents, ensuring quality and quantity delivery under controllable product costs.
6. Ensure the progressiveness of the product and ensure that the product can be in the front position of technology in the fierce competition.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechatronics or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of work experience in mechanical design, with experience in robot development preferred.
Electrical engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for electrical design of equipment according to the new product development process, including selection of electrical components, drawing of electrical drawings (including control schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.), programming and debugging of PLC; Organize BOM data for electrical systems.
2. Responsible for providing technical support to the company's production and after-sales departments, ensuring timely resolution of equipment production issues and timely implementation of after-sales projects.
3. Responsible for assisting electrical engineers in electrical debugging of new products and guiding internal debugging personnel in equipment debugging.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical or automation related fields;
2. More than three years of experience in electrical design and commissioning.
3. Familiar with at least 2 mainstream PLCs (Siemens 1500 series, Omron NJ series), familiar with process instrument sensors, familiar with cable selection, familiar with various terminals and assembly methods.
4. Familiar with the design specifications for low-voltage electrical cabinets and proficient in using drawing software such as CAD and EPLAN.
5. Strong logical thinking ability, independent electrical control design experience, and skills in whole machine assembly design and rectification.
6. Serious and responsible in work, hardworking, with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
